What happens on my first pickup?
If you've never used pickup & delivery before, here's exactly what to expect, from booking to billing.
1. Book online
Book a pickup window through our online booking system. You can request wash & fold, dry cleaning, or both in the same pickup.
2. Leave your bag out
Bag up your laundry and any dry cleaning separately if you can, and leave it in the spot you specified when booking — a porch, lobby, or wherever's easiest. You don't need to be home for pickup.
- Separate dry cleaning items from everyday wash & fold if possible.
- Point out anything with stains, damage or special care needs.
- Empty pockets — we're not responsible for items left inside.
3. We clean it
Wash & fold is washed, dried and folded following our standard cleaning process. Dry cleaning is cleaned on premises at our Saddle Brook store — see how dry cleaning actually works — with a same-day turnaround (in by 10am), with standard 24 hours included.
4. Billing
Pickup & delivery wash & fold is billed at $1.85 per pound, based on the actual weight of your order. Dry cleaning is billed per item, based on our published pricing. You'll know the total before your order is returned.
5. Delivery
Your clean laundry and dry cleaning are delivered back to the same location, folded and bagged or on hangers, within the window we confirm with you.
